HOTEL: The complex has two buildings with 24 floors each with spacious common areas, including solarium, 3 lifts per building, tennis courts), parking (subject to availability, not guaranteed), 24 hour surveillance cameras in public areas and a porter throughout the day. For the summer months there are swimming pools for adults and children.
LOCATION: The Gemelos 4 apartments are part of a residential complex located in the center of the Levante Beach area, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, nightclubs and pubs all nearby. Close to the Europa Avenue, five minutes walk to the center of Benidorm and only 500m to the beach.
ROOM: The apartments have either 1 Bedroom (total 50 m2) or 2 Bedrooms (total 70 m2). They have a large 12m2 glazed terrace/balcony overlooking the swimming pool and beach (500m away). The living room is equipped with a plasma television , air conditioning and heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, cooker, oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, ironing board and iron. Safety deposit box and wifi. All apartments include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly.
