Life is sweet at Cook’s Club Ialysos, an adults-only (16 years +) haven. Pitched close to the lively village of Ialysos on the Greek island of Rhodes, this hideaway draws fun-loving guests keen to strike out to hazy beaches by day and hip bars by night. Explore seas a glittering shade of azure and swoon over plates of just-caught fish or ouzo and olives at tucked-away seafood joints.
If you’re in need of wilder thrills, get a dose of adrenalin whilst breezing over the waves of the Aegean by kite surf or windsurf. Helmed by a team of young and ambitious chefs, the open kitchen whips up street-style-food with a focus on big-hitting flavors plucked from around the world, whether you’re craving international-inspired plates or comforting Greek dishes. Open for breakfast from 7am till 10:30am and from 12 till 10pm, its menu is a collection of quick bites, inventive vegan and veggie dishes, languid lunches and dishes made for sharing after long hot days on the beach.
Pitched next to the pool, Captain Cook’s Bar is a lively spot to order a cocktail or three with a curated collection of drinks from around the world and a resident mixologist.
