The complex building comprises of a total of 23 floors. The apartment complex lies within meters (1.5 km) of the town center where guests will discover scores of shops and entertainment venues and offers wonderful views out over sandy Levante beach. There are both one and two bedroom apartments. All of the apartments come with a combined living/ sleeping room, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette, a fridge, and a terrace. All of the apartments are tiled and final cleaning is included in the price. The apartments are all self catering.

Guests are offered use of a pool and it is also possible to play a game of tennis. The nearest golf course is to be found about 15 km away and sun loungers and parasols are laid out on the beach ready for use by guests.
