This house was built by Alarifes (builders of the Mosque) and it is thought that during the Midddle Ages it was converted into the Posada de Vallina, possibly one of the most important in Spain, due to its position on the Via Augusta, the main via where merchants of the area circulated. It is said that in the current room 204 , Christopher Colon once stayed. The Hotel was completely renovated in 2008, keeping the feeling of staying in an old inn, with its characteristic inner courtyard around which the charming rooms are distributed.
