At less than ten minutes’ stroll from Cala Mayor’s sun-soaked coastline, the BQ Belvedere is in a prime position for enjoying all the resort has to offer. Family-friendly throughout, the hotel gets a huge thumbs up from those with little ones, thanks to its great range of activities – and the All Inclusive programme offers top value for all ages.
The hotel is 850m from Cala Mayor beach. There’s also a complimentary bus service to Palma Nova beach (around 8km away), which runs every 30 minutes from 09:30-18:30.
The property’s cosy Double Rooms feature twin beds, and lead on to a private balcony or terrace with mountain, pool or sea views. Further facilities include an en-suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, along with air conditioning and heating to keep you comfy whatever the weather. Each room also features a satellite TV and a telephone, with a mini-fridge, safe and Wi-Fi access additionally offered for a local charge.
The hotel’s All Inclusive programme includes breakfast (07:30-10:30), lunch (13:00-14:30) and dinner (18:30-21:30), all served buffet-style in the main restaurant. During lunch and dinner, water, soft drinks, beer, wine and sangria are offered. A range of hot and cold snacks are also served from 21:45-23:00, perfect for a late-night nibble or two.
Outdoors, you’ll also find a friendly pool bar, which is open from 10:00-23:00 (until 01:00 from June to September). Serving a range of drinks and snacks, including delicious ice creams, it’s ideal for grabbing a bite on the go. There’s also a snack bar (11:00-17:00) and a pizzeria (13:00-18:00), along with a lounge bar serving locally-produced soft drinks and tipples from 19:00-23:00. Please note that premium/imported drinks are payable locally.
There’s a fabulous free-form pool in the outdoor complex, surrounded by spacious gardens and a sun terrace furnished with loungers. There’s also a dedicated pool for little ones, accompanied by two toasty Jacuzzis for grown-ups. Further facilities include a sports zone, playground and mini-club, along with a games room, reading room and TV lounge. A great programme of daytime and evening entertainment is also on offer, including fun-filled activities and professional shows – and Wi-Fi is available for a local charge.
