This hotel is situated at the heart of the historical centre of Assisi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The hotel is situated just 300 metres away from the Saint Francis Basilica, and 500 metres from Carlo Acutis church.
Available to our guests:

- in our panoramic garden RIBELLE Street Food, named best Street Food in Umbria by the IL GAMBERO ROSSO Guide, where you can taste our gourmet sandwiches, with particular attention to celiacs and vegetarians, and enjoy excellent cocktails at sunset. You can also find Ribelle in Via San Rufino, a few steps from Piazza del Comune.
Regarding parking, our hotel is right in the historic centre, a few steps from the basilica; there is a small parking lot available until all spaces are filled at a cost of € 18. 00 per day. Alternatively, we have an agreement with the various SABA car parks in the city, the closest is the "Giovanni Paolo II" about 250 meters away. The agreed cost is € 12. 00 per day.
It is always advisable to reach our entrance by car to check the availability or not of free spaces. Although we are in a Z. T. L. , hotel guests are guaranteed access (except for exceptional closures for demonstrations or events) to unload luggage.
At the moment, it is not necessary to communicate the license plate number to access the Z. T. L.
