Food & Drink
There’s an international variety to the dishes at The Garden, which is the main buffet restaurant. Two à la cartes complete the lineup – Tascaria Sao Rafael, which focuses Portuguese dishes, and Eataly, where Italian cuisine’s on the menu. Drinks come courtesy of the lobby bar and the pool bar. The latter serves snacks (some may be payable locally) throughout the afternoon, as well.
The Garden buffet restaurant – Serving International cuisine for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can choose to dine indoors or Al fresco on the restaurant’s outdoor terrace.
Pool bar Serving up daytime drinks and snacks are also available from midday ’til 6pm.
Tiny Leaf Lobby Bar – Just so you know, drinks are included in your All Inclusive package until 11pm and will be chargeable after this time.
Eataly Italian restaurant – This à la carte serves up Italian cuisine. You can dine here as part of your All Inclusive package twice when staying 7 nights or more. Just so you know, you’ll need a reservation to dine here.
Tascaria – This à la carte dishes up Portuguese dishes created to be shared during a social dining experience. Just so you know, you’ll need a reservation to dine here. Local charges apply.
Hotel Facilities
Outside, you’ll find a couple of sizeable pools, which are both fringed by loungers and palm trees. There’s a pool out here just for kids, too, and you’ll find a fourth pool inside at the spa.
There’s a full-on activity programme throughout the day here. Little ones can join in with pool games and sports tournaments, while grown-ups have the likes of water polo, aqua aerobics and musical quizzes to enjoy. There’s a tennis court and a mini-football pitch here if you fancy a game. Little ones have a playground to run around in and the hotel-run kids’ club keeps little ones entertained throughout the day with the likes of treasure hunts, cooking workshops and art and craft sessions. Come the evenings, there’s live music to enjoy.
The spa’s kitted out with an indoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna and a Turkish bath. There’s a tonne of treatments on the menu (extra charge), as well, including kids’ treatments, and the opening times are split between adults-only and family hours.
Hotel Rooms
All rooms here are decorated in relaxing, earthy tones and come with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, mini-fridge and a balcony. Double rooms accommodate two, whilst family rooms can sleep four. If you are looking for extra space why not upgrade to a One bedroom or two bedroom suite, they have an extra en-suite bathroom, lounge and dining area.
