The Parador is located in a 15th century palace-castle that has been declared a National Monument of Humanity. From the Parador you can easily access Olite, its noble stone mansions with coats of arms, medieval galleries and splendid churches. In the surrounding area you can also visit wineries and go on wine routes. The common areas and part of the rooms of the hotel are integrated into the palace, with stained glass windows, arcades and other elements typical of the Middle Ages. Its decoration is in keeping with the stone building, respecting its walls, and with dark wooden furniture. It has a beautiful restaurant characterised by stone arches and columns, which offers local products such as asparagus from Navarre, piquillo peppers, lamb in chilindrón sauce, or ajoarriero cod.
