The Hotel occupies a former 12th century hospital, built by Santo Domingo next to the cathedral to welcome pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago. Its style is regal and elegant, with majestic halls and a lobby full of Gothic arches and wooden coffered ceilings. It offers simple rooms, with wooden furniture and tiled floors, reminiscent of the medieval style.
