The Parador is a new, modern building surrounded by gardens and its facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with a solarium area with loungers, another heated indoor pool, as well as a tennis court, a sauna and a gym. It is about 3 km away from the city centre of monumental Segovia, a World Heritage City. Inside the hotel there is a magnificent lobby, which leads to a spacious and modern living room with a fireplace. It also has several large meeting and banqueting halls. The rooms are decorated in a classic style with warm colours, parquet flooring and in some of them, a furnished balcony with panoramic views and a separate living room with sofas. The restaurant serves regional cuisine and dishes cooked in a wood-fired oven. Some of their typical roasts are suckling pig and lamb, as well as other recipes such as garlic soup and cod Carrascal del Río style.
