The Parador is a three-storey building on the top of a hill surrounded by an impressive forest. Its privileged location offers magnificent views of the city of Soria, the valley and the Duero River. They have large windows or a gallery with floor-to-ceiling windows and are furnished and decorated in a traditional style, with classic wooden furniture and warm colours. Some of them have a sitting area with sofas and others have beds with canopies. The restaurant offers breathtaking panoramic views while enjoying traditional and regional cuisine from Soria fused with modern cuisine. The menu includes bean dishes, migas (fried breadcrumbs dish), roasted lamb and garlic soups.
