The Parador is located on the outskirts of the city of Teruel. It is a Mudejar-style palace decorated with marble, tiles, pointed arches and Arabic details. It has a large garden, a swimming pool, a tennis court and several rooms for holding conventions and events. The rooms are bright and simple, some with beds with canopies and an elegant and stately style. The restaurant offers typical local recipes, such as Migas a la pastora (fried breadcrumbs dish), Caldereta de cordero (lamb stew), perolico soup or Suspiros de amantes (mini cheesecakes). You will also be able to enjoy Teruel ham, Bajo Aragón olive oil, Calanda peaches or Aragón veal, all of which are recognised as Denominations of Origin.
