Facilities
The hotel’s grounds are a swathe of turquoise with a couple of huge pools that fan out from the centre and winds their way around the gardens. Criss-crossed walkways, sloping beach-style shallows, and daybed-lined islands give the pool scene a tropical feel. That’s not to mention the waterside bars and their cocktail-themed menus. Little ones have their own splash pool in the RIXY Kids’ Town, too.
Chocolate massages and foam treatments are on the menu at Anjana, the luxury spa. It includes a marble-clad Turkish bath, and a menu of stress-busting beauty treatments. Pilates, yoga and aqua fitness top the activity line-up, and little holidaymakers can blow off steam at the kids’ gymnastics classes.
The RIXY Kids’ Town is more like its own city – there’s an outdoor cinema, basketball courts and civic-style buildings geared up for role play. They include a fire department, culinary school, robotics lab, police station and driving centre. There’s a splash park for wet play and a jungle-themed restaurant with swinging seats. There are also daily fitness classes, aqua classes, pool and beach parties, dance shows and live music.
