How to Redeem your Voucher

Your refund credit note or credit voucher can be redeemed either online or over the phone if you wish to do so at any point. We have tried to make the process as simple as possible.

Online
Redeeming your voucher online, when you originally booked with us you were given a unique booking reference it should look something like BSH123456 with BSH followed by 6 numbers. you voucher amount has been credited to this code so if you wish to re-book or book a completely new holiday online, simply choose the holiday to you would to go on and follow the steps to book. When you reach the payment section there be a box that says “Promo Code” enter your full booking reference in there and the full amount of your voucher will be discounted from the cost your next holiday.

Over the Phone
If you wish to take advantage of our low deposit scheme or simply want some guidance from one of our expert travel advisers then using your code over the phone couldn’t be easier, just ring as you normally would and let the adviser know that you want to redeem your voucher, at this point they might ask you for your code and that’s it. You can now book you new holiday using your voucher.
